Job Description: Campus Ambassador (students with 2+ years remaining in college only)
NPPD CARE is seeking motivated and enthusiastic college students to join our team as Campus Ambassadors. As a Campus Ambassador, you will play a vital role in organizing and conducting events in the fields of education and healthcare. This position is open to college students who have at least 2 years remaining in their college education. Responsibilities
- Event Planning: Collaborate with the NPPD CARE team to plan and execute events related to education and healthcare on your college campus.
- Outreach and Promotion: Actively promote NPPD CARE events within your college community, including distributing flyers, utilizing social media platforms, and organizing information sessions.
- Networking: Establish and maintain relationships with student organizations, college faculty, and relevant stakeholders to enhance participation and engagement in NPPD CARE events.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, equipment setup, catering arrangements, and transportation, to ensure successful event execution.
- Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of volunteers to support event activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Event Participation: Represent NPPD CARE at various education and healthcare events both on and off-campus, including workshops, conferences, and seminars.
- Data Collection and Reporting: Collect relevant data and feedback during events and prepare comprehensive reports to evaluate event effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Budget Management: Work closely with the NPPD CARE team to manage event budgets effectively and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador for NPPD CARE, promoting our vision, values, and initiatives throughout your college community.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other NPPD CARE Campus Ambassadors across different campuses to share best practices, ideas, and resources.
- Currently enrolled as a college student with at least 2 years remaining in college.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about education and healthcare.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Active involvement in student organizations or community service initiatives is a plus.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for promotional activities.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude.
- Familiarity with event planning and coordination is desirable but not mandatory.
