In this dynamic role, you will be the driving force behind generating high-quality leads for Web Spiders' IT services and tech partnership offerings across four key markets. You will leverage your marketing skills and industry knowledge to identify ideal customer profiles, implement targeted lead generation campaigns, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI through Outbound Email campaigns, Ad campaigns and online webinars or physical events. Qualification: Minimum 3+ years experience in running Lead Generation Marketing campaigns. Location: Kolkata / Remote CTC Range: 6-10 LPA + Performance Based Bonus. Required Skills: 3+ years experience in lead gen campaigns (email, ads, webinar) Strong B2B marketing experience, email platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar) Ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) a plus Skills for Campaign Conversion Optimization(Design, Content, User Empathy) Excellent communication, teamwork, organization Campaign Analytics (Google Analytics a plus) Key Responsibilities: Drive high-quality leads across email, ads, and events Manage email campaigns, including lead nurturing Design and launch targeted ad campaigns Develop landing pages and analyze campaign performance Qualify leads for sales teams Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and collaborate across departments Report on campaign performance and results Benefits: Competitive salary and Monthly Performance Bonus.
