9. Cross-selling and Promotion: Recognize opportunities to promote additional programs, courses, or initiatives based on student interests and educational goals.
10. Teamwork: Foster a positive work environment by collaborating with team members and contributing to team goals, sharing knowledge, and assisting others when needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Education: A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
2. Communication Skills: Proficiency in English and Hindi (verbal and written) is essential. Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills are necessary to understand and address student requirements effectively.
3. Customer Service Skills: Prior experience in a customer service or Call Center position is preferred. A positive attitude, patience, and empathy are crucial to delivering an exceptional student experience.
4. Technical Competence: Basic knowledge of computer operations, including email, MS Office, and internet usage, is essential. An understanding of CRM software or Call Center applications is an advantage.
5. Problem-solving Abilities: Ability to think critically, analyze situations, and provide effective solutions within specified deadlines.
6. Multitasking: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
