Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Business Process Manager role located in Surat, India. The Business Process Manager will oversee and manage all critical Business Processes to ensure that they run smoothly. The role will involve analyzing Business Processes, optimizing workflows, and introducing new processes to improve efficiency and productivity. The Business Process Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement Business Process improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in process management and optimization
Knowledge of process mapping, process improvement, and design thinking
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong organizational and project management skills
Bachelor's degree. in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field
Proficiency in project management and process automation tools
Knowledge of the textile industry is a plus,
