Job description
Role & Responsibilities:- Manageandoverseethedailyoperationsofthe branch, including customer service, Retail sales, Anchor sales, business loan sales, collections and employee management
- Recruit,train,andmentorbranchstaff to ensure high performance and productivity
- SourcingInvoicefinancecases for the assigned territory using the sales team.
- EnrollocalDSA/connectorsforsourcingbusinessloans /Invoice Finance cases
- Overlookcollectionsteam to maintain the desired collection resolution.
- Ensurecompliancewithcompanypolicies, procedures, and regulations
- Buildandmaintainstrongrelationships with customers, local brand teams, distributors, and all stakeholders
- Monitorandanalysebranchperformance,identifyareas for improvement, and implement effective strategies
- Managebranchbudget,controllingcosts,and optimizing resource allocation
- Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamsto drive product development and innovation
- Stayupdatedwithindustrytrends,market conditions, and competition in the financial services sector
- Providereportsandregularupdates to senior management on branch performance, achievements, and challenges.
Requirements:- Graduatequalification is mandatory (post-graduation is a plus)
- Strongcommunicationskills (English, Hindi & Regional Language)
- Excellentinterpersonal skills
- Effectiveproblem-solvingand negotiation abilities
- Capacitytoworkindependentlyand collaboratively
- Driven to achieve targets and meet strict deadlines
- Involvesextensivefieldwork
- Possesses a valid driver’s license and personal transportation
