Job Summary :

As a Dynamics 365 ERP Developer, you will be responsible for the development, customization, integration, and support of the Dynamics 365 ERP system. You will collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, end-users, and IT teams, to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform..

Responsibilities :

- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 ERP modules to meet specific business needs and requirements..

- Develop custom solutions, extensions, and integrations using Microsoft technologies such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform, and SQL Server..

- Design, develop, and implement reports, workflows, and dashboards in Dynamics 365..

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for system enhancements and modifications..

- Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the stability and functionality of the ERP system..

- Provide technical guidance, documentation, and training to end-users and support teams..

- Stay updated with the latest features, updates, and best practices related to Dynamics 365 and related technologies..

- Participate in the upgrade, migration, and maintenance of the Dynamics 365 ERP system..

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)..

- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or related technologies (Must Have)..

- 5+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 ERP Developer or in a similar role working with ERP systems..

- Strong proficiency in customizing and extending Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Supply Chain Management, or other relevant ERP modules..

- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and experience with .NET framework..

- Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware..

- Knowledge of SQL Server, data migration, and data manipulation within Dynamics 365..

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment..

Optional Skills :

- Experience with Power Platform tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI..

- Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-based ERP solutions..

- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies for software development.
