Block Area Coordinator

This job opening is for Local Area Coordinators in various locations in the UT of Jammu & Kashmir. The candidates must have extensive community mobilization, engagement, and awareness training experience at the field level.

These openings are in the following locations in the UT of Jammu & Kashmir:

Rajouri, Bandipora, Shopian, Kulgam, Kupwara, Budgam, Ganderbal, Anantnag, Jammu, Kishtwar, Udhampur, Poonch, Ramban, Nadihal, Narvaw, Shirabad, Wailoo, Biniyar, Chandi Wanigam, Baggan, Bani, Kathua, Reasi, Katra, Kahara, Udhyanpur, Bhalessa, and Kashtigar.

Field coordinators are responsible for all activities at the field level involving block and village levels. The Core responsibility is to implement a detailed plan and follow a results-driven approach to daily work

Responsibilities:

Community-based identification for financial services gaps

Delivery of content

Post-training follow-ups and outputs

Active face-to-face meetings daily

Sustained engagement and followups

Learning by doing training sessions

Support all program activities

The timely and result-oriented approach to implementation

Maintain accurate MIS and documentation

Ensure excellent coordination and collaboration among teams and stakeholders.

Conduct sessions one on one and group awareness focusing on targets and results.

Community mobilization

Visiting households and other community stakeholders

Adhering to daily/weekly and monthly plans

Forming block, village, and community-level groups

Work closely with financial institutions
