Job Overview:
As a Non-IT Staffing Recruiter you will be responsible for the full cycle of recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing the offer process. Your expertise in building relationships, understanding client requirements, and identifying the right talent will be instrumental in driving our recruitment efforts and maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs, including job specifications, qualifications, and expectations.
- Source and attract candidates using a variety of tools, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and reference checks to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various positions within the non-IT sector.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter, preferably in the non-IT sector.
- Strong understanding of staffing and recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
