AddressAs the Associate Creative Director/ Creative director, you will be responsible for leading and managing our creative department, overseeing all aspects of the creative process, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative assets for all the group companies.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop creative strategies and bring innovative ideas to life. You will be closely working with a team of copywriters, content writers and other creative professionals, guiding them in producing compelling visual and written content that aligns with our brand identity and business objectives. The profile will also be responsible for managing relationships with external stakeholders, such as graphic design agencies, freelancers, and production vendors.
Successful candidates will have a proven track record in creative leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to think strategically while also being hands-on and detail-oriented. A keen eye for aesthetics, trends, and market insights is crucial in order to guide our creative team in delivering exceptional work.Experience of working on AI tools/mid journey would attract additional consideration.
