A. Strategic Initiatives
a. Drive internal business priorities in close coordination with various functions
teams through effective project management
b. Undertake market research, competitive analysis, identify industry trends and
data, and generate reports, briefings, presentations and other content
c. Work closely with the Functional teams and leaders to execute projects from
initiation to completion.
d. Act as a bridge between different departments, ensuring seamless
communication and collaboration.
B. Central Processes and Performance Monitoring:
a. Ideate and strategize with the Chief of Staff to identify opportunities for
improving existing organizational processes
b. Drive weekly/monthly update meetings with the founder and vertical leads
c. Gather, consolidate, and analyze financial data from various sources and
generate leadership MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide
actionable insights
d. Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance,
scenario planning, and investment opportunities.
e. Assist in budgeting and planning for various functions in sync with overall
organizational plans. Monitor business performance against projections, identify
deviations and suggest innovative actions to improve results
