Address Manage and lead Functional Department of Data Management Programming staff. Conducts data analyses for client reports, performs advance programming, and utilizes findings and insights for practical application to further business operations and develop faster solutions for managing and handling large datasets.
- Define and prioritize resource requirements and manage resource assignments across projects. Monitor and manage utilization and productivity of Functional Department. Define recruiting strategies and staffing needs based on hard backlog.
- Provide expert review and guidance for production of Data Management Programming deliverables including CRF/e-CRF, database design and set-up, validation definition and programming, Data Management Plan, and database deliverables to internal and external customers.
- Provide technical advice and solutions with internal and external customers to solve problems and improve efficiency.
- Monitor quality and efficiency across projects to identify trends and opportunities for improvements. Ensure sharing of learning across projects.
- Provide programming input into proposals and scope of work. May participate in proposal defenses.and lead discussions of project programming requirements.
- Develops, executes, and reviews programs (standard and customized) to provide programming support for statisticians, clients, or business demands to source, organize and interpret complex data sets. Creates programming specifications, program development, program validation, and program output finalization.
- Manage staff in accordance with organization's policies and applicable regulations. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and guiding professional development; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing employee relations issues and resolving problems. Approve actions on human resources matters.
- Coordinate and participate in process improvements; oversee collection and reporting of Programming metrics, implementation of revised work practices, new guidelines, and new software tools as they become available.
- Identifying and implementing data handling solutions to the Data Management group to proactively identify and address data issues. Collaborate with data engineering and solutions team to identify tools in managing large data and operationalizing the process for business, in managing data deliverables more effectively and efficiently.
- Expert level SQL or data manipulation skills in language such as Python, R or SAS. Added benefit for any experience with JavaScript.
- Strong Consulting skills in data management including data governance, data quality, data integration, processing, and automation.
- Must have Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
- BE/BTech /bachelor's degree in computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in software development / programming with team management.
- Exposure to Java script, Python like technologies will be preferred.
- Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one department or multiple related departments
