Duties and Responsibilities
1. To initiate employee recruitment (as per requirements of different departments) which includes release of advertisements, screening of applications, fixing interviews etc.

2. To issue appointment letters to duly selected staff and organize their induction and orientation. Also, to organise confirmation interviews at the expiry of the probationary period.

3. To frame/ review employee conduct and discipline rules pertaining.
Â
4. To ensure that all personnel records of the employees are updated.
Â
5. Handle staff grievances, assist management in staff grievances, analyze repeated grievances and suggest corrective measures. Counsel employees whenever necessary.
Â
6. Ensure that all statutory obligations relating to the personnel function are met and maintained, effective liaison with the government labour authorities and other government authorities established under the labour laws.

7. Suggest welfare and incentive schemes to increase productivity and enhance staff motivation.
Â
8. Ensure the proper issue of identity cards, uniforms, lockers etc. for new employees.
Â
9. Ensure that the staff performance appraisal exercise is completed regularly and on time by all departments.
Â
10.Conduct exit interviews.

11.To conduct Training needs Analysis
12.Delivery training as per the requirement
