Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:

- Take and process drink orders efficiently.

- Drink Preparation:
- Mix and serve drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Handle and pour alcoholic beverages responsibly.
- Prepare garnishes and ensure the bar is stocked with necessary supplies.
- Cash Handling:
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Provide change and receipts as needed.
- Keep track of tabs and settle them in a timely manner.
- Maintaining Cleanliness:
- Keep the bar area clean and organized.
- Wash glassware and utensils.
- Dispose of waste and empty ashtrays as needed.
- Checking Identification:
- Verify the age of customers to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
- Refuse service to underage or intoxicated individuals.
- Knowledge of Products:
- Stay informed about the available drink options and specials.
- Provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Teamwork:
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in restocking and maintaining inventory.
- Adhering to Regulations:
- Follow all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Comply with local and state laws regarding the sale and service of alcohol.
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience is often preferred.
