This position focuses on enhancing sales effectiveness, optimizing Sales & distribution, and ensuring seamless operations within the function.
- Responsible for managing entire operations of field team - Sales, Distribution and Payment business.
- Creating comprehensive guidelines and SOPs for the sales team and distribution partners.
- Conduct training sessions to familiarize sales teams and partners with optimized processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and the successful adoption of new processes or technologies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, Sales, Operations Management, or related field.
- Strong relationship management skills with a track record of driving process enhancements and change initiatives.
- Flexible with working hours.
- Good communication and excellent command on MS Office - Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Experience in the fintech industry, NBFC or payment industry is preferable.
