- Work hands-on with engineers to review and troubleshoot coding problems quickly and efficiently.
- Expert in frontend frameworks (Angular/React) Fluent in JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and SCSS
- Experience composing large-scale applications Experience with asynchronous and functional programming techniques
- Experience with module bundling and code splitting (web pack preferred)
- Experience with frontend cloud deployment and routing
- Thorough understanding of object-oriented programming, multiprocessing, multithreading, domain modeling, RESTful and GraphQL interfaces, OAuth2, and public-key cryptography, and Comfort with Agile/Scrum software development cycles.
- Effective collaboration, communication, and leadership skills

- Engineer scalable frontend systems focusing on accessibility, long-term durability, and easy adoption by engineers, designers, and business people.
Front End Architecture Solution
- Help lead the design system engineering effort for the Experience Center of Excellence, working with product teams and drawing on the Experience groups research, engineering, and design resources to define strategy, find alignment, communicate and educate, and build out the design system.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and drive engineering efforts for the Experience Center of Excellence
- Help build an interdisciplinary, companywide coalition of stakeholders who understand the design the system's value, co-define the strategy for adopting it, and help manage that change.
- MUST / Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Serve as technical point of contact
- Implement best practices in code quality and security
- Assist with the development and maintenance of internal tools
- Identify, prioritize, and implement platform improvements
- Define, scope, and estimate large-scale projects
