AddressPrivate Equity Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a good understanding of the investments for both Private Equity and Tactical Opportunity funds.
- Being thorough with various reporting documents like LP Memos, Investment Track Records, attribution matrix, and other quarterly reports.
- Prepare and review the below quarterly activities by adhering to the deadlines
- Participate in the process documentation efforts and creation of SOPs.
- Identify process gaps and initiate process improvement projects.
- Handle any Ad Hoc requests that may come up.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills:
- Candidate must be a Postgraduate in finance with 2- 4 years of relevant experience in financial and performance reporting.
- Familiarity with various Private Equity concepts like investment and basic fee structures.
Should have very good working knowledge of the below:
- Answering Due Diligence Questionnaires.
- Handling LP Requests.
- Other Fund/Investment level reporting like Valuation reporting, LP reporting, etc.
- Good working knowledge of Qvidian library and experience in preparing 'Reporting Templates'will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of Power BI/Tableau would be an added advantage.
- Attention to detail, Innovative and analytical thinking.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word).
- The profile involves effective communication across Clients' facilities globally and hence possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written English is a must.
- A desire to work in an international team environment, often under pressure and with multiple stakeholders
