Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate the valuation and investment performance of Real Estate assets,
- Perform detailed financial analysis, including discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, comparable company analysis (CCA)
- Prepare investment reports, presentations, and summaries for senior management.
- Monitor and analyze the financial performance of Real Estate assets, identify trends, and recommend strategies.
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required by senior management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Real Estate finance, with a focus on Real Estate valuation and modeling.
- Proficiency in financial modeling techniques and tools, including Excel, Argus, CoStar, and Bloomberg.
