Mandatory Core Skills - Experience in Python and machine learning libraries
Mandatory Core Skills 2 - Must have a strong understanding of Recommendation System algorithms
Highly Preferred Vector databases, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
Mandatory Experience - Product company (AI/ML, Short video content platforms, social media platforms)
Mandatory Education - Btech/Mtech (Preferred Computer Science/Machine Learning, AI or related field) from Tier 1 colleges only (IIT, BITS, Top NITs, IIIT)
Role & Responsibilities
You will play a crucial role indeveloping and implementing cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and techniques to power our Recommendation Systems.
This would include video component analysis, videoclassification with a vector database for the videos being posted on our app; and user profileanalysis and classification (based on their likes, dislikes, friends etc) to create a video feedbest suited to a particular user.
You will work closely with data scientists, product managers,and engineers to design, build, and deploy recommendation models that enhance userexperience, drive engagement, and boost business metrics.
Ideal Candidate
PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Exposure in developing and implementing machine learning models.
Strong understanding of recommendation algorithms, such as collaborative filtering,content-based filtering, and hybrid methods.
Experience with Python programming language and machine learning libraries suchas TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn and Vector databases.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong decision-making, collaboration & communicationskills.
Ability to move quickly without breaking things too much (we are dreamers)
Ability to work under immense pressure which is balanced by a sense ofresponsibility and ownership
