AGM/DGM - SAP PP/MM


Designation : AGM-DGM
Experience : 14-20 Years
- A person aware of the entire process from Production planning to Dispatch(GxP) . Aware of pharma processes(SAP, CSV, Audit), involved in giving inputs for new features, and solutions, and strong at stakeholder management, vendor evaluation
Can look at SAP PP or MM.
Location : Pune(Work from Office)

Responsibilities :
SAP Module Expertise :
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP PP (Production Planning) and/or SAP QM (Quality Management) modules.
- Ability to provide strategic guidance on the implementation and optimization of SAP solutions within the Pharma manufacturing environment.
GXP Process Expertise :
- Extensive experience with Pharma-specific Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and other GXP processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, guiding the development and execution of processes aligned with GXP guidelines.
Audit Representation :
- Act as a key representative during internal and external audits, demonstrating a thorough understanding of Pharma industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
Stakeholder Management :
- Establish and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, particularly Manufacturing leads, to understand their requirements and challenges.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions and GXP processes.
Project Leadership :
- Lead and contribute to SAP projects SAP implementations, process improvements and ongoing SAP application support.
- Provide expertise and guidance to teams to ensure successful delivery within established timelines & SLAs.
Continuous Improvement :
- Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements within the Pharma manufacturing environment.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to recommend and implement best practices.
Training and Development :
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of team members and end-users.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven expertise in SAP PP and/or SAP QM modules.
- Strong understanding of GXP processes and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing stakeholders, particularly with Manufacturing leads.
- Proven ability to lead and contribute to cross-functional projects.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Certification in SAP modules and relevant Pharma industry certifications are a plus.
