AGM - Quality and Training

Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure quality
Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop training plans and materials.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as necessary to ensure that they meet the needs of our team members and the organization.
Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
Analyse data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in our quality control and Training programs.
Manage and track training activities, ensuring that all team members receive the necessary training and development opportunities.
Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure that they have the skills and resources necessary to perform their roles effectively.
Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and industry associations to keep up to date with best practices and trends in quality control and Training.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Control, or a related field. A Master's degree would be preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control and/or training as a Senior Manager.
Strong understanding of quality control processes and procedures.
Proven track record of developing and delivering successful training and development programs.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, training software, and other tools and technologies related to quality control and Training.
