Location: Mumbai
About the role:
- Plan the Network and Automation strategy for DTDC
- Prepare a detailed roadmap for strategy execution on ground
- Evaluate different automation solutions (eg: Sorter) and suggest the optimum alternative
- Negotiate with Automation vendors for arriving at optimum deal for DTDC
- Oversee the installation and launch of Automation solutions across Hubs / Branches
- Ensure that Automation solutions (eg: Sorter) are performing at peak capacity
- Design and Execute AMC for all Automation solutions
- Coordinate with IT for new developments and smooth execution
- Lead a team of Zonal and Regional P&E for designing new facilities
- Maintain governance with relevant stakeholders through weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual business performance reviews

Basic Qualification:
- Bachelors/Master's degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering
- At least 5-7 years of business experience in areas relevant to Sort Centre Operations, Network automation
- Strong Negotiation skills - Ability to understand operational requirement and negotiate with vendors accordingly
