Responsibilities:
Safety Oversight:
Ensure the safety of adventure park visitors during various activities.
Conduct pre-activity safety briefings for participants, emphasizing rules and guidelines.
Monitor and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries.
Activity Coordination:
Lead and coordinate adventure activities, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for participants.
Instruct participants on proper equipment usage and techniques for each activity.
Conduct equipment inspections to ensure they meet safety standards.
Emergency Response:
Be prepared to respond quickly and effectively to any emergency situations.
Administer first aid and coordinate with medical personnel if needed.
Customer Interaction:
Provide excellent customer service by assisting participants and addressing any concerns.
Foster a positive and friendly atmosphere to enhance the overall visitor experience.
Equipment Maintenance:
Perform regular maintenance checks on adventure equipment.
Report any issues or malfunctions promptly and ensure timely repairs.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other marshals and adventure park staff to maintain a cohesive and efficient operation.
Participate in training sessions and share knowledge with colleagues.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a marshal or in a similar role within the adventure or outdoor activity industry.
Certification in first aid and CPR is mandatory.
Proficient knowledge of safety regulations related to adventure activities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Physically fit and capable of participating in adventure activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in adventure sports instruction or relevant field.
Experience in handling emergency situations and administering first aid.
Knowledge of local regulations and permits related to adventure park activities.
