Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and market penetration in alignment with the company's objectives.
2. Deal Closing: Spearhead efforts in closing high-value deals and partnerships with luxury brands, demonstrating strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
3. Market Segmentation: Identify and prioritize target market segments within the luxury industry, devising tailored marketing approaches to capitalize on each segment's unique characteristics.
4. Brand Management: Oversee all aspects of brand positioning, ensuring consistent messaging and representation across various channels.
5. Advertising Strategy: Develop innovative advertising strategies that effectively communicate the company's value proposition and resonate with target audiences.
6. Revenue Generation: Drive revenue generation initiatives through effective marketing campaigns, leveraging market insights and trends.
7. Business Understanding: Deep understanding of the luxury exhibition industry, including market dynamics, competitor analysis, and emerging trends.
Requirement:
1. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of success in the luxury sector.
2. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards common goals.
3. Strategic Thinker: Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.
4. Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating high-value deals and partnerships, with a demonstrated ability to drive favorable outcomes.
5. Budget Management: Experience in managing marketing budgets effectively, maximizing ROI while ensuring financial discipline.
6. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
7. Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
