Key Responsibilities:

Apply textures and shaders to 3D models, maintaining consistency in style and quality.
Ensure textures are optimized for various platforms and devices.

Animation:
Develop captivating animations for characters, objects, and environments using Blender's animation tools.
Collaborate with animators to integrate animations into projects seamlessly.

Lighting and Rendering:
Set up lighting to enhance the visual appeal of scenes, considering the mood and atmosphere of the project.
Execute rendering processes to produce high-quality images and animations.

Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing insights and expertise on Blender workflows.
Communicate effectively with team members to understand project goals and iterate on feedback.

Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough quality checks on 3D assets to ensure they meet project standards and specifications.

Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in 3D animation, computer graphics, or a related field.

Experience:
Proven experience as a 3D artist with a minimum of 6 months - 1 year, demonstrating a strong portfolio of Blender-centric projects.

Software Proficiency:
Exceptional proficiency in Blender software, showcasing expertise in modeling, texturing, shading, animation, lighting, and rendering.
Must be very well versed in 3D domain and its related softwares. Preferably Blender, Zbrush, Adobe Creative Suite and Substance Painter

Portfolio:
A comprehensive portfolio highlighting a range of 3D projects created exclusively using Blender.

Creativity and Aesthetics:
Strong artistic and creative skills, with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of aesthetics.

Collaboration Skills:
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
