Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics and Visualization Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in data analytics, data visualization, and data-driven decision-making.The primary responsibility of this role is to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and present actionable insights through visually appealing and interactive visualizations. The candidate should have a strong understanding of statistical analysis, data manipulation, and data visualization techniques.Responsibilities:· Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.· Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize business processes and decision-making.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.· Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using industry-leading tools such as Tableau or Power BI· Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.· Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support data-driven decision-making if required.· Identify data quality issues and work with the data engineering team to ensure data accuracy and integrity.· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and visualization techniques.Requirements:· Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL, Python, or R.· Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI· Experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.· Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.· Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field like Data Analytics. Master's degree preferred.
